Baltic Mills Site Information

Development Opportunity

Located along the Shetucket River, the former Baltic Mills site at 29 Bushnell Hollow Road, Baltic, CT, is available for purchase. The property covers 16+ acres, is close to the railway, and can be subdivided. The Town is seeking an investor to develop the property to enable it to once again contribute to the economic and social growth of the small community.

Information Repository

One of the requirements of the EPA Brownfields grant (and useful for anyone interested in the status of the Mills project) is the development of a repository of information regarding the site, and the progress on its cleanup. The Town has an extensive collection of mill-related documents and all are available for public review.

Contact the Selectman's office for further information. Thank you.
